Avigail Collins and Liudmila Cooperated on a New Collection
The new coming collection of shoes are announced by Avigail Collins, the popular stylist, and a new shoe brand - Liudmila. Behind the fantasy shoe house is Najeeba Hayat, who is a rising start in fashion field. They started a line in which inspiration from 90s is drawn. Famous stars such as Mariah Carey’s and Mary J. Blige’s biggest fashion moments are observed. These two designers chose to maintain the recognizable form and design of Liudmila shoes while they updated they with new and interesting details.
Najeeba stated that they would like a bling factor in this footwear series, thus they maintained Liudmila’s core forms and utilized the exaggerated elements such as big tiger.
Bibi pump is one of the most favorable updated styles, which features a funny curved heel. Such a cool heel comes in a light purple color with Victorian vibe. Beside the pumps, the bejeweled ankle bracelet is also eyes-catching. For Pink and White Mule, the crystal ankle bracelet is embellished with a bow.

“Part of the fantasy is the way that I create the shoes, not just that they are very artisanal but the simplicity in the way they are made.”- Hayat explains.
This pair of black boot, redefined with several changes, is also one of the best sellers. Such shiny boots with a high heels has various lacing well added to the surface. Medium-high heel also ensures the comfortableness for everyday wearing. There is also a flat version of this boot.
This pink soft pointed mule, decorated with brooch of jewels, is another up-to-date footwear. Its price varies from 694 dollars to 1,297 dollars. From 13th July, selling of their new collection will be started in some retail shops.
Najeeba’s brand started to expand globally, though their main targeting market is still US market. However, she plans to take her business to Asia in the future, in which her fame is already well-known by customers.
Following the steps of other designers, she said that her main target is the US. The designer also explained that in the past, she did the shoe designing just because she loved it, while recently she started to make some nuances to get people bring her shoes back home.
Introducing her business back in 2013, this 25-year-old girl, Najeeba, said that she has been making her dreams come true with her unique designs. The character called Liudmila was inspired from a book Fyodor Sologub named The Pretty Demon. Hayat is really a shoes designer who is good at creating fantasies from inspirations of Disney characters.
